In this 5-day course you will learn the theory, fundamentals, and uses of the Takt Production System in construction. You will see real-life demonstrations from LeanTakt gathered from decades of experience, and across hundreds of projects. We will cover how to build, manage, and maintain a construction project Takt plan.
We also cover Takt Planning, Takt Control, Batch-sizing with Takt optimization, Production Laws, Buffer management, Takt health, KPIs and much, much more. Following this fundamentals course, you will be able to get a Takt Master certification which is included in your price for the fundamentals course. We look forward to seeing you there!
