About the Event
In this 5-day course, you will learn the theory, fundamentals, and practical applications of the Takt Production System® in construction. Through real-life demonstrations from LeanTakt—based on decades of experience and hundreds of projects—you’ll gain a deep understanding of how to build, manage, and maintain a Takt plan.
This updated version of the TPS course includes more hands-on practice, and throughout the course, you will actively work on implementing Takt in your own project. By the end, you’ll walk away with a complete Takt plan ready to use.
We also cover Takt Planning, Takt Control, Batch-sizing with Takt optimization, Production Laws, Buffer management, Takt health, KPIs and much, much more. Following this fundamentals course, you will be able to get a TPS Takt Master certification which is included in your price for the fundamentals course. We look forward to seeing you there!
