About the Event
In this 5 day course you will learn the theory, fundamentals, and uses of the Takt Production System in construction. You will see real life demonstrations from LeanTakt gathered from decades of experience, and across hundreds of projects. We will cover how to build, manage, and maintain a construction project Takt plan.
We also cover Takt Planning, Takt Control, Batch-sizing with Takt optimization, Production Laws, Buffer management, Takt health, KPIs and much, much more. Following this fundamentals course, you will be able to get a Takt Master certification which is included in your price for the fundamentals course. We look forward to seeing you there!
